Christina Atwood teaches vinyasa yoga in an accessible, thoughtful and patient style. Her teaching respects the wisdom and experience each student brings to their practice.
She has been a student of yoga since 2002 and is devoted to sharing the power of yoga to enhance physical and emotional well-being. She received her 200-hour teaching certification in 2010, and has been teaching on Guam since 2011. Her yoga journey has taken her around the world, from San Francisco to Mexico, Bali, and most recently, Hawaii for two years at a residential yoga and wellness retreat center.
